There can be many reasons why you are getting disconnected. These include:
- Bad or old modem drivers. See your modem manufacturer for details.
- Poor phone lines. Please call your phone provider to conduct a line test. Remove any phone splitters and fax machines from the line.
- Virus or Spyware infection. Run up to date antivirus and spyware programs. Bring your computer into mc.net for a cleanup.
